Aperol is a common aperitif enjoyed in the South of France. While Aperol was originally created in 1919, it did not become successful until after World War II. Its main ingredients are Seville Orange & Rhubarb. It centers itself between sweet and bitter at the same time. This holiday we are adding champagne and citrus fruit while serving it on the rocks.
